The Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) awarded Alliance Alarms with the Diamond Plus Award for 15 Years of Outstanding Service on September 26th at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa. “It is exciting to win the Award of Excellence for the 15th year in a row.” says Training Supervisor Kelly Shaver. “What makes me proud of us winning this award is that it’s the strive for excellence from each operator. We all work very hard for our clients and to be recognized for that should make everyone here feel very proud.”
The CAM-X Award of Excellence Program rewards call center operators on their ability to handle a call. If a call centre service scores an 80% or higher on all criteria set out by CAM-X, they will be recognized with the Award of Excellence for Outstanding Service. This is the fifteenth year Alliance Alarms has been presented this award.
